Your music is a true Americana sound that is honest and gives your listeners a sense of belonging. At least it does with me. You're like Richmond's "Homegrown Heroes of Music" in a sense.  In short, you deserve a little recognition for your contributions and gift of music and I would be honored to have you on our cover.

I'm so proud of y'all!!  You looked and acted totally NATURAL up on stage opening for CCR.  Your music ROCKS!!!  You can tell each of you LOVE to play and perform!!  You guys have a spark....a connection with each other that works for giving a GREAT show!!!

Absolutely outstanding music!!!

I am not a youngster, being a teenager of the 1950's, but as such, think that I know real rock n' roll when I hear it, and you folks are the real deal!!  Your innovative musicianship so reminds me of Buddy Holly.  He knew that to make it, he had to have his own sound, and that's exactly what you have. I know that Buddy is watching and is a huge fan.  Being in London, Ontario, it's difficult at this time to catch your concerts, but someday who knows? I look at the venues on line and am certainly there in spirit!  As for American Gothic - there are not enough superlatives!  Keep up the fabulous work!!  Warmest regards,

Dave

Just wanted to say I caught you on The Music Seen on PBS in Chicago and enjoyed it very much.  Keep up the good work. Nice to hear good Rock and Roll with thought behind it.

The CD is amazing.  LOVE IT!! Always puts me in a great mood.  Love crankin' it up in the car.

Rock solid rhythm, a dynamite fiddler, great songwriting, with guitar, bass and drum parts that are so tight knit you'd think they were woven together on a loom. Lead guitar breaks are first class and the vocals are heart felt with great harmony parts.

When I rate a song I have very rigid criteria that I stick to. A song is good if I want a beer after hearing it. A song is great if I want a ride in my pickup with some firecrackers after hearing it. Right now I'm going down the road with a Coors and some cherry bombs.

The Atkinsons ROCK their roots. Good stories, good energy, good songs.
